Front Bathroom
This bathroom splits the front two bedrooms. There is another bathroom--luxury untold!--in the Master Suite.
This cast iron bathtub, which is original to the home, was re-glazed during the recent remodel.

Built-in cabinets are original to home, as is much of the wall tile. New tile, which can be identified by having been installed on a bias, was painstakingly matched to the original white tiles.

Glass block was added during recent remodel, as was all new copper wiring, including GFC outlets in bathroom. Outlet boxes are outside the walls because inside the walls was solid block. Also note the built in cabinet, which is above the commode. Though this was installed during an early remodel, it is not original to the home.

Original heat radiator is no longer used by new furnace, but is preserved for its beauty.

Original tiles were preserved. Note the hand painted detail, so important to the character of a Spanish Revival home.
